he Municipality of Lal-lo has set a new standard with the establishment of the first and largest solar farm in Cagayan, in partnership with the Ayala Group.
Vice Mayor Maria Olivia B. Pascual proudly stated that all streetlights in Lal-lo are well-maintained on a daily basis.
“Kapag nga dumilat ka tapos nakita mong maliwanag, alam mong nasa Lal-lo ka na,” she affirmed, highlighting the bright and well-lit streets.
Pascual attributed this achievement to the dedicated barangay officials who promptly address any streetlight malfunctions.
The officials in each barangay ensure that any issues are immediately reported and fixed.
Lal-lo offers a costume library, making tapestries and costumes more accessible to locals, especially those participating in pageants and other events.
“We give everything for free,” Pascual emphasized.
Lal-lo recently launched a new municipal bus service that can accommodate up to 53 passengers, providing better transportation for residents.
The municipality has undertaken extensive road repairs, ensuring that roads in every barangay, except for the new ones near the market, are in excellent condition.
“When you go to inner barangays, walang bumpy roads,” Pascual noted.
Lal-lo is committed to nurturing young innovators, supporting them in various contests such as the Division Science and Technology Fair.
This initiative is part of the Fueling Children’s Progress (FCP) umbrella program.
These significant advancements demonstrate Lal-lo’s dedication to the growth and success of its youth.
